Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ekademy, we strive to ensure a satisfying learning experience. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in a course or purchasing any product.


❌ Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

  • Orders for digital downloads, such as PDFs, chapter notes, editable PowerPoint slides, and other learning materials, cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.
  • Instant access or delivery is considered confirmation of the final purchase.

2. Online Courses (Live or Recorded)

  • Once you enroll in a paid course, the registration is non-cancellable.
  • If you are unable to attend a live class, recordings may be provided (if applicable), but the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another course.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before the item is shipped. After shipping, no cancellation will be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, email us at support@ekademy.in with your order ID within 12 hours of purchase.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for:
    • Downloadable files (notes, presentations, etc.)
    • Online courses and eBooks
    • Subscription-based content
  • Exceptions may be made in the case of duplicate payments or technical errors. These will be processed after verification and are subject to approval.

2. Online Courses

  • No refunds will be issued once the course access has been granted or the first class has been attended.
  • If a course is cancelled by Ekademy, students will receive either:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to shift to another course of equivalent value.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are granted **only in cases of:
    • Incorrect delivery
    • Damaged goods
    • Manufacturing defects**
  • To be eligible for a refund:
    • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
    • Include photos and a clear explanation in your email to support@ekademy.in.
    • Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject cancellation or refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved based on the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds for UPI, bank transfers, or debit cards may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
